Bollywood director, Ali Abbas Zafar is currently immersed in the filming of his upcoming period drama, Bharat. The team has completed some of its most hectic and important schedules in Abu Dhabi, Malta, Delhi and the latest one being Punjab. The filmmaker took to his Twitter account and shared an update for the same, in a unique way. Ali said that they have finished with the Delhi and Punjab schedules of Bharat and the last schedule will commence next year. The reason being, Salman Khan’s birthday on December 27. Ali also mentioned that since its Bhai’s birthday month but this break is only for Salman, rest of them will be editing the already shot sequences. Oops.
According to the reports, the final schedule of Bharat will be shot in Mumbai and the film will be wrapped up by early February. Bharat is an official adaptation of ‘An Ode To My Father’, wherein Salman will be seen sporting five different looks.
The story of Bharat revolves around a son’s promise to his father during the 1947 India-Pakistan partition. With Salman and Katrina playing the lead roles in the movie, Bharat
also has an ensemble cast of actors like Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi and Sunil Grover. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by YRF, the movie will hit the theatres on Eid 2019 and we can’t wait!
