Choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan denies allegation of molestation

In a shocking turn of events, well known Bollywood dancer and choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan was recently accused of molesting a dancer who had accompanied him to Dubai for shows. The accuser claimed to have protested while she was touched inappropriately inside a moving car, but it did not help. She was reportedly told that such things were usual in Bollywood.  A complaint was filed against Khan at Mumbai's Oshiwara police station.

Khan, who also appeared as an actor in ABCD, was seen in the title track of Salman Khan's Wanted and was also the winner of the first season of Dance India Dance, has now broken his silence, for the first time since the allegations broke. In a social media post, he said that allegations brought against him are false and are a result of vested interest. He further claimed that it was an attempt to extort money from him and that he believed the judiciary to serve him justice.

The FIR filed by the accuser reportedly states that Khan's brother was also involved in the misdeed and upon facing protests, Khan terminated the dancer's contract with him and asked her to return to India from Dubai.
