Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon appear to share some sizzling chemistry in Luka Chuppi. We have well-witnessed it, be it in the film’s super-entertaining trailer or the songs that made it to the internet. Now, the makers have released its fifth track - Duniya. Keeping their chemistry aside, the latest song is trending for all the wrong reasons, which is clearly not a good sign. Luka Chuppi’s makers have released five songs until now, and the fact that all of them are a recreated version of various epic old tracks have got social media fuming.
Duniya happens to be a recreated version of a popular Punjabi song Khaab. It has been composed by Vijan Ganguly, penned by Kunaal Vermaa and sung by Akhil and Dhvani Bhanushali. The visuals are a beautiful timeline of Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's love story in the film and it gives us a glimpse of all the special moments shared by this 'madly in love' couple. However, that doesn’t seem to do any good for this song. People are out and out bashing the makers for spoiling all the original Punjabi songs for this film.
Right from calling it crap to begging the entire team of Luka Chuppi to stop spoiling old classics, Twitterati is venting its frustration in huge proportions. Some even went to the extent of telling people to unsubscribe to T-Series and subscribe Pewdiepie instead. LOL!
Prior to Duniya, the makers released songs like Photo, Poster Lagwa Do, Coca Cola and Tu Laung Main Elaachi, all of which are copies. Can we stop the remixes already!
