Housefull 4: The Akshay Kumar starrer now has Johnny Lever and Jamie Lever
Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala is soon to present the mega-budget comedy, Housefull 4. The fourth instalment of the franchise, Housefull, is slated to hit the screens in a couple of months from now. Although the makers didn’t have smooth shooting schedules due to the controversies involving Sajid Khan and Nana Patekar, the team carried on the work with much zeal. The film stars an ensemble cast including the regulars Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh and the new additions Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda. Joining the cast in key roles is a popular father-daughter duo.
The film will star the father of comedy Johnny Lever and his daughter Jamie Lever. It is said to be divided into two eras, both of which will feature the two. When contacted by in.com, Jamie confirmed the same and said, "Yes, true." She also took to Instagram on Thursday to share a picture of the report that announced the news. As per Mumbai Mirror, a source close to the film informed, “Jamie would enact her scenes with her father to improve her comic timing. The script has her sharing screen space with Akshay and Riteish. It is a screenplay-driven humour, more in the situational comedy sphere, so it was all about getting the expressions right.”
A film, based on the concept of reincarnation, is also expected to release in a 3D format. Shot in Mumbai, London and Rajasthan, it is set to be out during Diwali 2019.
