After impressing us with his stint in Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, John Abraham now has the upcoming espionage thriller Romeo Akbar Walter as his next. The film has John featuring three different looks and has already garnered an immense amount of attention with its posters. On Monday, the team got together for the grand trailer launch event. While conversing with the media, John was asked to comment on the growing tension between India and Pakistan. In response, John said that he is in favour of a war, but only if it is against terror and not against any country or religion.
Elaborating further, John said, “There has to be a war against terror, not against a country, or against religions or between religions. There needs to be a war on terror. It needs to be over and done. But that doesn’t mean you have to fight with another country or stereotype people. Simple. The problem that’s happening today across the world is that we are getting polarized, that’s stereotyping people and that’s probably the most dangerous side and it should not happen.”
