Powerhouse performers Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte have collaborated for some of the most critically acclaimed projects in the past. The list includes Badlapur, Manjhi – The Mountain Man and Sacred Games. Now, the two of them are all set to come together in Honey Trehan’s Raat Akeli Hai. Apart from Nawaz and Radhika, the film also marks the reunion of Nawazuddin and Masaan actor, Shweta Tripathi. The two of them were last seen in Haraamkhor, the film opened to rave reviews and their chemistry was well-appreciated.
We got in touch with Shweta Tripathi to get her confirmation. In a conversation with us, she said, "It’s very true. It’s an ensemble cast and I am a part of it." The Masaan girl sounded really excited as if it was her debut. We like it! On her reunion with Nawazuddin, Shweta said, "Nawazuddin is one of my favourite co-actors I want to work with again and again. And again. There is always so much to learn with him around. It feels great to see his journey and success over the years." Well, earlier Shweta had revealed that Haraamkhor marked her actual debut on the big screen since it was shot before the making of Masaan, however, it was released later. Such a great coincidence, isn't it?
