On World Cancer Day, Ayushmann Khurrana pens poem for Tahira Kashyap's 'beautiful' scars
'Cancer', the very word, is powerful enough to shoot fear and uncertainty into one's mind. Maybe that is why the ones who put up a great show of courage while battling the deadly disease are treated as a true inspiration. Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap is definitely one such hero. Tahira, who recently finished her sessions of chemotherapy, didn't let cancer take away her bravery and creative inclinations from her. And all this while, Ayushmann had her back.
On Monday, as we observe World Cancer Day, he penned two beautiful lines for the wife. Along with it, he also shared a breathtakingly beautiful picture of Tahira where she reveals her bare back to the camera. By the left, we can see a surgical scar line. During the course of her treatment, Tahira underwent a surgery that removed her of one breasts. The scar, most certainly, is caused by the surgery. "Your scars are beautiful. You are a trailblazer. Keep inspiring the millions to fight their toughest personal battles" he adds with his poem.

Tahira, a strong soul, is working on her directorial debut and recently also shot for an interview with Anupama Chopra. Much like another star Sonali Bendre who is totally teaching us how to love ourselves at the time of distress, Tahira also wears her bald look like a boss and needless to say, looks stunning!
