Sara Ali Khan is currently on a career-high after giving back-to-back remarkable performances in Kedarnath and Simmba. Well, Simmba has turned out to be a blockbuster and is very close to crossing the 250 crore club. However, we now learn that Sara Ali Khan and her mother, Amrita Singh, have chosen to go the legal way over a property dispute. On January 19, both Sara and Amrita addressed the officials at Dehradun to claim land worth crores on the outskirts of Uttarakhand.
According to the mother-daughter duo, the property in question is of 16,000 square feet area and belongs to them. A police official exclusively told News18, “Amrita’s maternal uncle Madhusudan Bimbet lived in Dehradun’s disputed property as the suit over the title is pending in court. On Saturday he died of cancer. Amrita came to Doon with Sara Ali, cremated her maternal uncle’s body and then both allegedly entered the bungalow.”

However, Madhusudhan’s caretaker Khusiram has also approached the police and submitted an application mentioning that Madhusudan locked his property so that no one enters. A close friend of Madhusudan, Dhirendra Semal claimed that no one turned up during his bad times but are here after his death, “Nevertheless, none came to see Madhusudan when he needed most and after he died suddenly these people have turned up claiming property belong to them.”
Meanwhile, both Sara and Amrita remained unavailable for the comments.
