Surgical strike 2.0: John Abraham pays a perfect tribute to the IAF
Makers of John Abraham starrer Romeo Akbar Walter have shared an interesting fact about Indian Air Force.
We all woke up to the news of surgical strike that India carried out last night on PoK. Reportedly, 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets of the Indian Air Force dropped 1000 kg bombs on the camps of terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. The attack happened in Balakot which falls in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. It is said that the strike took place at around 3:30 am. The social media is praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Air Force. Meanwhile, John Abraham, who will be seen as an agent in Romeo Akbar Walter, posted a video as a promotional thing for his movie and to pay a tribute to the Indian Air Force.
In the video, we are informed that in 1971 Indo-Pak war, Indian Air Force executed as many as 500 sorties in a day which reportedly is more than the sorties that took place in World War II. Now, this is actually a very interesting fact and we must say that the makers have timed the release of this video perfectly. As it sort off pays a perfect tribute to the Indian Air Force. While it tells us the interesting fact, we are also quite impressed with the song Ae Watan from the film Shaheed being used in the video. ‘Aye watan aye watan humko teri kasam, Teri raahon mein jaan tak luta jaayenge’
