Kapil Sharma has finally opened up on his spat with Sunil Grover. After a series of controversies, the comedian-turned-actor has finally claimed, there was no fight between the two. Sharma made his media presence after a long gap with the trailer launch of Firangi in Mumbai. Kapil spoke at length about his fight with Sunil Grover during the question-answer round. The actor was going through a tough phase in his career after the conflicts with his colleagues from the Kapil Sharma Show. The actor tried not give his stand to the media during the press meet.
Speaking about the fight with Sunil Grover, Kapil said, “I never had an argument with Sunil. However, nobody knew about it because the fight wasn't public. Sunil Grover got angry because I shouted at someone in the flight. He is someone I love the most in the show.”
The actor turned comedian, was also in the news when SRK left the sets of The Kapil Sharma without shooting for the episode. Clarifying on that front, Sharma said "I actually went into depression. I couldn't shoot. I couldn't go on stage. Seeing that SRK came to meet me again. And he asked me to take rest."
The actor who is fighting with his drinking problem will make his big comeback to the silver screen with Firangi. A periodic drama to be directed by Rajiv Dhingra. Firangi also stars Ishita Dutta, Monica Gill, Edward Sonnenblick, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Inaamulhaq, Aanjjan Srivastav, Jameel Khan and Vishal Sharma.
The film is slated to release on November 24.
