Vicky Kaushal is currently riding high with the success of his movie Uri: The Surgical Strike. The movie has crossed Rs 100 crore and is eyeing Rs 150 crore at the box office. It is the first blockbuster of 2019. The makers are still promoting the film post-release and Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam will be at Wagah border on Saturday for the promotions. However, before flying to Amritsar, Vicky took out some time from his busy schedule to follow a Republic Day ritual.
TV actress Niti Taylor took to Instagram to share a video of Vicky Kaushal playing cricket in her building. Vicky too shared the video on his Insta story and revealed that playing cricket in the compound was a pre-Republic Day ritual of sorts. The actor revealed that every year on the eve of Republic Day, he goes back to the building he grew up in for a game of cricket. Isn’t that amazing? Even after being a part of a movie that has just become is a blockbuster, Vicky has not forgotten his roots and like a boy next door. He has won our hearts with his acting skills and gestures like this are only getting him more fans.
