Tattoos surely convey a story and looks like Hollywood singer Ariana Grande and her 93-year-old grandma are ready to tell us one. After being felicitated at Billboard’s Women in Music event on Thursday night, where the ‘Break Free’ singer was honoured with the Woman of the Year award, Grande and her grandmother, Marjorie Grande celebrated the success not with a glass of wine, but with tattoos. The sensational singer shared an image on her Instagram story where she captured Nonna getting inked on her left ring finger. The tattoo read, ‘Ciccio’.
Marjorie’s tattoo has a sentimental connection as it was the nickname of her late husband Frank Grande. It was later on Thursday when Ariana also added a tattoo on the top of her palm. Ariana’s new ink sees a crescent moon amid stars and a sun. Grande's go-to tattoo artist Mira also posted a photo of the new singer’s tattoo on social media, captioning it as, "for the woman of the year."

Earlier on Thursday evening, Ariana got emotional in her acceptance speech and struggled to hold back her tears. The reason behind the singer getting teary-eyed was obviously her shattering year, which includes the demise of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller and her breakup with Pete Davidson *sobbing*
Congratulations Grande for the big win though!
