Chris Pratt slams Ellen Page's remark about his church being against the LGBTQ community
It's 2019, and the world is surely changing, but still, the fight for the right of LGBTQ+ community is not over. Recently, we learned how the Empire star, Jussie Smollett was being attacked by two people who shouted racial and homophobic slurs before beating him. Well, the singer has risen above all and even did a concert proving that 'he is not at all afraid'. And now, the newly engaged star Chris Pratt has come to the rescue of his church which was said to be a hub against the LGBTQ community. Yes, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor took to IG and without mincing words has defended his church after Ellen Page claimed that it is an anti-LGBTQ spot.
In his post, Pratt made it clear that the church he visits is not what Ellen has claimed. His Instagram post highlights and emphasises that 'nothing could be further from the truth', talking about to his split from Anna Faris serving as an example of how the church opens its doors to 'absolutely everyone'. He further goes on asserting that regardless of sexual orientation, race, and gender, his church gives love and support to one and all.

Pratt concludes his heartfelt post with “I am a man who believes that everyone is entitled to love who they want free from the judgement of their fellow man.” God sure does love every creature he has created.
