Fox announced last week that a re-cut, PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 will be hitting the Chinese cinemas this week. Last year, the PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 was released in the US as a Christmas special titled Once Upon A Deadpool. The original R-rated version of the film was out nearly eight months ago in May. Owing to China's strict censorship laws, this release comes as a surprise to the Deadpool fans in the region. The movie's Chinese version will be out as Deadpool 2: I Love My Family, which is a reference to a popular Chinese TV show from the 1990s.
