Thanksgiving is around the corner and actress Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have a reason to be thankful. According to reports, the pair have been engaged when Falchuk popped the question after three years of dating.
A source speaking to US Weekly said, “They both knew it would happen, but it wasn't a big thing to them because they were both in long marriages before. There wasn't a rush." According to reports, Paltrow’s new engagement ring is a massive, gold and square-cut. It was apparently spotted during the launch of a morning skin super-powder. Reports mention that the actress dressed up in casuals and went without makeup, causing her shiny new possession to stand out.
The couple had met on the set of Glee, for which Falchuk is the co-creator and executive producer. It was rumoured in 2010 that the pair were dating for a year before they finally confirmed the news in 2015. The so called confirmation arrived with an Instagram post of his ‘date’ at the cream Queens premiere (another show he co-created) in September 2015.
According to E! News, the couple have remained relatively low-key with the exception of a few romantic getaways and date nights since then. Paltrow has even been mindful of what she posts on social media, rarely sharing any photos of Falchuk. Speculation in the industry circles of their decision to remain under cover is that they were both in long marriages before getting together.
Paltrow was married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for 10 years before they decided to ‘consciously uncouple’ in March 2014, a few months before she began seeing Falchuk. Despite their split, the former couples have remained in friendly terms and co-parent their two children, Apple, 13, and Moses, 11. Read More
