The legal fight between former couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is getting worse by the day. The exes, who parted ways almost a year back amidst rumours of domestic violence by Johnny, are back in the news. Now, as per a report in E!Online, Johnny Depp has fresh piece of evidence which will disapprove Amber Heard's domestic violence allegations levelled against him. The actor's attorney, Adam Waldman revealed, "Today we filed a partial list of evidence that we will use to disprove the fraudulent underlying allegations against Mr Depp," reported E!Online.
Among the evidence filed by the actor are "dozens of video security tapes, statements from the eyewitness, sworn affidavits, deposition transcripts from 2016 and text messages from the Sun and their #metoo source, " E!Online reports. These will serve as huge help in Johnny's libel case against the online portal, The Sun, who ran an article which termed Depp as a ‘wife-beater.’
Depp's ex-flame Amber Heard earlier levelled charges of Johnny Depp throwing a cell phone at her, which hurt her in the eye and cheek. Reportedly, on April 21, 2016, Heard also alleged that Depp threw a huge champagne bottle at the wall and a wine glass on her. The two stars tied the knot on 3 February 2015 and parted ways in January 2017.
