Stranger Things Season 2 left off with a cliffhanger and ever since, we’ve been eagerly waiting for a new season. Netflix recently dropped the teaser for the third season of the supernatural television series and confirmed that the show will begin streaming in 2019. Interestingly, the teaser does not contain any footage from the show. Instead, it gives us a list of the episode titles meant for season three.
The cast earlier said that the third season of Stranger Things will be the darkest it has ever been. The show stars Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, and Charlie Heaton in key roles. In season two, Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery joined the crew.
Before season two ended, we got to know that Mike and eleven have the hots for each other and Max and Lucas got pretty close. Season three becomes all the more interesting as fans believe that the story will pick up from where it left. Back in July, Netflix teased that the third season will take place at the Starcourt Mall during the summer of 1985. It is speculated that season three will have a showdown with the Mind Flayer and the mall will play an important role.
Stranger Things has been nominated for 10 Primetime Emmys and has already won six Creative Arts Emmys. The show also received four nominations at the Golden Globes.
