The Rock shares a glimpse from his prep for the Jumanji sequel with buddy Kevin Hart
One of the most entertaining films of the year 2017, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock’s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is all set for its sequel. Preparations for the same have kick-started in full swing and Dwayne’s latest Instagram post is proof. The Baywatch actor took to his social media and shared a glimpse from the film’s script reading session. The picture also had his buddy Kevin Hart and Danny DeVito, who recently joined the star cast of Jumanji’s sequel. Going by the image, it looked like Kevin Hart dropped some new punch as the trio couldn’t seem to control their laughter.
Through his caption, The Rock just took our excitement levels a notch higher. He wrote that the audiences are sure to have FUN when they watch the Jumanji sequel on the silver screen. We trust you, Rock! While the Jumanji’s untitled sequel manages to hit the headlines every time, the premise and cast details of this sequel haven’t been revealed as of now. The previous outing – Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was a smash hit and it collected over $962 million worldwide.

Jumanji’s sequel also stars Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and others. It is going to be helmed by Jake Kasdan and co-produced under the Tolmach Productions and Seven Bucks Productions team of Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia. The film will make it to the big screens on December 13, 2019.
