Actor Irrfan Khan’s health has been the talk of the town for some time now. But time and again the star has been reinstating the fact that he will get past it and fight it to his best abilities, kindling hope for his fans and friends. After the actor confirmed suffering from a neuroendocrine tumour, he has now shifted to London presumably for treatment. Even in his sickness, the actor wants to ‘keep going’ as suggested his latest Instagram post.
God speaks to each of us as he makes us, then walks with us silently out of the night. These are the words we dimly hear: You, sent out beyond your recall, go to the limits of your longing. Embody me. Flare up like a flame and make big shadows I can move in. Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror. Just keep going. No feeling is final. Don’t let yourself lose me. Nearby is the country they call life. You will know it by its seriousness. Give me your hand #rainermariarilke
The actor shared a poem which talked about God’s miraculous process of creation and ended with how as human beings life is a mixed bag but we must keep going on. “Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror; Just keep going. No feeling is final.” The image shared from a hotel room in The Dorchester where the actor is currently staying.
