Director Prabu Solomon of Kumki fame is working on a trilingual in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. In Hindi, the film is called Haathi Mere Saathi, Kaadan in Tamil and Aranya in Telugu. This film is a multi-starrer featuring Rana Daggubati, Zoya Hussain, Kalki Koechlin, Vishnu Vishal and Pulkit Samrat in the lead roles. Shoot is underway in various forests now and the first look of the film was released towards the end of last year.
Sampath Ram - a character artiste seen in films like Kabali, Thimiru Pidichavan, Kaakki Sattai and the likes, also plays a part in this trilingual. During the shoot of the film, an action sequence was shot between Rana Daggubati and Sampath Ram in which the latter suffered an injury. He was immediately given first aid, post which the actor felt fine. He also got back to the shoot after this and completed the day’s work.
However, after a couple of weeks, Sampath started to feel a little dizzy and he was immediately rushed to a private hospital. Doctors diagnosed the reason as a blood clot because of the earlier injury and immediately treated him and removed the clot. After this, Sampath felt better and he is right now under observation. Our sources say, “Sampath feels much better thanks to the timely intervention of the doctors. He will be resting for some time after which he will start shooting”. We wish Sampath Ram a speedy recovery.
