Vishal who is wearing many hats is an extremely busy man. As the President of Producer Council, he is right now active with maestro Ilayaraja concert to be held this weekend in Chennai. There are a few legal hurdles but Vishal is handling them all with élan to make the event a grand success.
On his acting front, the tall, dark, handsome actor’s last release was Sandakozhi 2 directed by Lingusamy which was met with mixed response. He is also busy with Ayogya which is being directed by debutant Venkat Mohan produced by B. Madhu for the banner Light House Movie Maker. This film is said to be the Tamil remake of Telugu film Temper which featured NTR Junior and Kajal Agarwal. Ayogya will witness Rashi Khanna lending the color to the film with Parthiban, K. S. Ravikumar, Sachu, Vamsi Krishna and Pooja Devariya in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, Vishal is also committed to another flick that will be directed by Sundar C, the director who is adept in handing out perfect entertainers. Sundar C and Vishal have previously worked in Madha Gaja Raja (unreleased as yet) and Aambala. The new venture would be their third film together. Tamannaah is the lady lead of the film with Jagapathy Babu and Sathish in significant roles. Lyca will be bankrolling this project.
Music plays an important role in any Indian film and in this Vishal-Sundar C film, Harris Jayaraj is said to have been brought on board to compose the tracks.
