Sharad Kelkar makes way to Tamil cinema with Sivakarthikeyan’s next!

Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film with director Ravikumar of Indru Netru Naalai fame has been in the news for quite a while, thanks to the mammoth budget that it is being made at, along with the cast and crew that the film has. And now, it has been revealed that actor Sharad Kelkar, recognized in films such as Ramleela and Sardaar Gabbar Singh, will be making his Kollywood debut with this film.

Interestingly, Sharad was the man behind the voice of Prabhas in both the instalments of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali. He has also played minor roles in Bollywood films such as Rocky Handsome and Baadshaho.

 

Produced by 24AM Studios, the yet-to-be-titled film has Rakul Preet Singh as the heroine. Isha Koppikar will be making her return to Tamil cinema after a gap of 17 years with this sci-fi adventure, which has music by AR Rahman.

Sivakarthikeyan will be joining the unit of this film soon, after wrapping up major portions of his ongoing project with director Rajesh and Nayanthara. The shoot for the comic entertainer is currently taking place in many parts of Chennai. Recently, Hip Hop Tamizha were announced as the composers for this Studio Green venture.
