It is without doubt that season 2 will reveal more about Will Byres as a character and his experiences in the Upside-Down following his disappearance. While our hearts yearn to know more about Eleven following her reduction to ashes in the season finale, her presence in season 2 was ascertained by the season trailer released in San Diego Comic-Con this year.
Fan theories strongly suggest, Will might just turn into the villain for the second season as the final shot of the previous season assured the continuation of the dark side in the city of Hawkins when he spit a slug in his bathroom sink.
While theories pile up much like expectations from the season, the production house seems to take its time to mould their craft as the season release was shifted from summer to a late October release on the 27.
Stranger Things swept hearts and Emmy awards alike with 18 Emmy nominations resulting in five wins. For the rest of us getting our popcorn stocks up for season 2, the fight with the dark side is far from over.
