Naga Shaurya slams Sai Pallavi over her tantrums on sets
According to reports, the Kathalo Rajakumari actor Naga Shaurya has slammed co-star Sai Pallavi for her behaviour on the sets of his upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual horror-thriller Karu. Pallavi plays a mother in the film which deals with abortion. Shaurya was unhappy with the fact that the actress would always lose her temper over minor things while shooting.
“Fidaa was a huge hit, but the credit for it was not entirely hers. Her behaviour disappointed me,” Shaurya was quoted in a report by Asianet News. However, Pallavi hasn’t reacted to these allegations yet.
Pallavi is currently shooting for a yet-untitled project in Kolkata with Sharwanand. She has an interesting line up of films this year including Maari 2 and Suriya’s yet-untitled project with Selvaraghavan. Pallavi kicked off the year with a bang with Nani’s blockbuster Middle-Class Abbayi. Last year, she rang a good box office record with her Tollywood debut Fidaa. The actress is also in negotiations for a couple of Telugu projects that might collaborate her with leading stars of Telugu film fraternity this year.
On the other hand, Naga Shaurya had his recent release with the romantic comedy Chalo. Written and helmed by debutant Venky Kudumula, the film has been bankrolled by Usha Mulpuri on Ira Creations banner. The movie features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and revolves around a village called ‘Tiruppuram’ which is divided into half by the Tamil and Telugu people. Mahati Swara Sagar composed the soundtrack and the background score for the film.
