Before he resumes the shoot for his magnum opus Indian 2, Kamal Haasan has made it a point to complete most of the work in his political circle. As a part of his review meetings with the district in-charges, Kamal Haasan had visited the town of Pollachi on the 5th and 6th of February with his entire team. But Kamal’s visit to the town didn’t just include his meetings and discussions related to the well-being of the people and their surroundings.
The actor-director paid a visit to the memorable house in Pollachi, where his iconic film Thevar Magan was shot. Many important parts of the 1992 blockbuster were shot in this house and the backyard, which immediately reminded Kamal of the early golden days. Kamal is said to have met the owners of the house and also spent some time clicking pictures with his fans.
Sometime back, the news about the actor doing a sequel for the film had also come out, but that doesn’t look possible with his political commitments being locked in full. As of now, Kamal has decided that Indian 2 will be his final film in the industry. He will be getting back to the sets of the Shankar directorial from the 11th of February. The team will be canning some talkie sequences in a set put up by art director Muthuraj, after which they will be concentrating on the overseas schedules in Ukraine and Taiwan.
