Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest actresses we have in the industry. She loves doing yoga and you're sure to find many videos of her on the internet where the lassy babe can be seen performing some of the most difficult asanas.
Shilpa is also known to experiment and she recently tried her hand at a different type of yoga. The actress attempted silk yoga which is more famously known as aerial yoga and she took to Instagram to share the video of her session and we must say, for a first timer, she's too good.
In her caption, Shilpa writes that she believes that one can only learn new things if they willing to feel the pain and awkwardness and we quite agree with her. We have always heard that age is just a number and Shilpa is proving just that. At the age of 43, the actress is not hesitant to try out something new and that too something as tough as silk yoga. It's a back-bending was to keep fit but Shilpa is surely an inspiration. No gain without pain!
