Donald Trump called Tim Cook, Tim Apple and the Internet is losing it
US President Donald Trump makes news each and every day. The man is known to mince words and will crack you up. Looks like Trump was a bit confused about the name of Apple's CEO and rather tagged him with quite a funny name. It so happened that on Wednesday, in a meeting of the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board at the White House Donald called the CEO of Apple as 'Tim Apple' instead of Tim Cook.
That's not it, as the moment has been captured on camera and is viral on the web. According to Apple Insider, the unintentional act occurred at the end of the meeting. "People like Tim - you're expanding all over and doing things I really wanted you to right from the beginning," Mr Trump said to Mr Cook, sitting right next to him. "I used to say, 'Tim, you've got to start doing it over here,' and you really have. You really put a big investment in our country. We appreciate it very much, Tim Apple."
Right from the moment the video went viral online, fans could not keep calm and started to take funny and LOL-worthy digs at the same. Have a look:
Phew, Trump and his oh-so-funny ways to grab the limelight. Trump has met a lot of influential leaders from quite some now. The US President Donald Trump joined North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un for a historic dinner on February 27 to meet for a deal on denuclearisation. Billed as a ‘social dinner’ by the White House, the leaders of both the US and North Korea met at the Metropole Hotel, a French establishment. According to a report by CNN, the chefs had a hard time figuring out a menu, keeping in mind that the guest wanted to keep things ‘super simple.’
