In a few weeks, students from different Indian states will write their respective board examinations. We all know the stress before such a crucial examination, don't we? Many times, the worry does more harm than good and impacts how a student performs in the examination. PM Narendra Modi, being one of the very few Prime Ministers who has ever addressed the issue of exam stress, started holding a Pariksha Pe Charcha since last year.
In the event, he interacts with students from all over the country. However, this is the first time it has gone global and students from Russia, Nigeria, Iran, Nepal, Doha, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore are attending Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0. During the interaction, a rather worried mother got up to tell Modi how her son is often distracted by videos and online games and how she can't find a way to help it. You'd be wrong to think that the Prime Minister is not updated with what the youth is up to! "Yeh PubG wala hai kya," he asked and a roll of laughter followed!
Modi is not into technology bashing though. He advised parents to encourage their children to discover new ways of learning from technology rather than getting addicted.
On a related note, PUBG has become a total rage and it is not just the teenagers that are addicted. No surprise that a worried mom headed straight to the PM!
