Manchester City striker and the Argentine international, Sergio Aguero was involved in a car crash in Netherlands on Thursday night. According to some reports, the in-form forward has fractured a rib after the taxi he was traveling crashed into a tree. Aguero was on his way to the airport to catch a flight for Manchester post attending a concert by the Colombian singer Maluma.
According to Sky Sports, there were two other people who were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital, but the Dutch Police did not give out their names. And the star footballer got lucky, thanks to the seatbelt he was wearing, according to the police.

Aguero was rushed to the hospital and the doctors have confirmed that he will be out of the field for at least three months. This might have come as a shock to the Argentine fans and the team as they are yet to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Aguero will miss the final qualifiers against Peru and Ecuador on October 5 and 10.
The news comes at a time when the Manchester city is already dealing with an injury of defender Benjamin Mendy, who could be out for the remainder of the season after rupturing knee ligaments.The city striker has been in tremendous form this season netting seven goals in all competitions, including a hat-trick at Watford earlier this month.
