It's been a whole year since Kate Middleton and Prince William stood on the steps outside the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, cradling their third baby in their arms. Little Prince Louis is celebrating his first birthday on Wednesday and messages of love and warm wishes have flooded in from people all over the world - including the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan Markle, 37, and Prince Harry, 35, who are currently expecting their first child, shared a sweet message for the adorable royal on social media, but you'd be forgiven if you missed it.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share these new photographs of Prince Louis ahead of his first birthday tomorrow 🎈 The photographs were taken earlier this month by The Duchess at their home in Norfolk.
That's because the couple didn't share a cute photo or video of the tot on their own page to mark the occasion. Instead, they shared a comment on a post by KensingtonRoyal, the official Instagram account of the Cambridges.
The photo was a new image of Prince Louis, taken by mum Kate, at the family's home in Norfolk. Underneath the post, Meghan and Harry wrote, "Happy Birthday Louis! Sending lots of love from both of us, xo."
The message also included a couple of emojis, including a birthday cake with candles and a red balloon. Over 3,000 people have liked the comment so far, with many taking the time to respond. Lots of people simply replied with their own birthday wishes and love hearts.
But some began debating whether the couple should have been more "respectful" and referred to the youngster by his formal title of Prince Louis - as the posts on Clarence House and The Royal Family's Instagram both did.
One person wrote, "This is not a private account, hence the need to address the gorgeous Prince Louis accordingly, with respect." Another added, "It's a bit off without the title, but the greeting in itself I'm sure is appreciated." Others were disappointed by the fact that Baby Sussex wasn't mentioned in the comment. "Shouldn't that be, 'from the three of us'? Where's the baby," asked one royal fan.
But mostly, people thought the haters should give it a rest today and not "spoil a one-year-old's birthday message".
